Day 1 : Tangier – Tetouan – Chefchaouen

Arrival in Tangier to start 11 days tour from Tangier to  Marrakech. Transfer to Chefchaouen passing the by the city of Tetouan . Overnight at your Riad at the heart of the old city in Chefchaouen.

Day 2 : Exploring Chefchaouen

After breakfast , you will explore the town of Chefchaouen, the blue city. It is a small city situated in the Rif Mountains and it dates back to 1471. The name of the city comes from a Berber name : “Chef Chaouen” means “look at the horns”. Chefchaouen is a quaint place to hike and relax .You will walk inside the old city of Chefchaouen and visit Rass El Ma (The Head of The Water) literally it is the source of water that is used by the city in irrigation and laundry place where local women wash the clothes and blankets in public place. Day 3 : Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

After Breakfast , you will leave Chefchaouen and heading towards the city of Fes crossing the Rif Mountains and reaching to the Middle Atlas Mountains ,then stopping to visit the ruins of the romans in Volubilis , continuing to Meknes for lunch and see its fascinating sites , then continue to Fes. Day 4 : Exploring Fes

During this day, you will accompany a local guide , who will take you to discover the oldest and largest medieval city in the world. The city has two old Medinas , the largest of which is Fes El Bali . It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Fes El Jedid which was built by the Merinids the old city. The former has so many fascinating historical sites such as: Al-Qarawiyyin, which dates AD 859, is the oldest continuously functioning Madrasa (Old School) in the world. The Tannaries in which you can see the workshop of making leather and how it is tanning. Additionally, you have the chance to walk in the Souks (Old Markets) in the Old city of Fes.

Day 5 : Fez – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

Our 11 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech still continues. After having your breakfast, you will drive to Merzouga ,passing by Ifrane city ,which is the coldest place in Morocco, and it has a nickname as Switzerland of Morocco because of its design of the houses against the snow falling, then continue to enjoy feeding the Monkeys in the Cedar Forest of Azrou city , those kinds of monkeys belongs to the Macaque Species, continue to enjoy the Middle Atlas mountains ,and Ziz valley of palm groves which is located in a bank in the small Atlas Mountains .reaching the village of Merzouga . Day 6 : Exploring Merzouga

After having your breakfast, Driving to discover the area of Merzouga by taking the off-road, the same road used in the famous Paris-Dakar Rally, reaching a Quarry of the area where you will learn how the locals extract fossils from the heart of the earth.

You will visit the nomads who still live in tents which are made from camel wool, there you will learn about the life of nomads and having a cup of tea with them. You will continue crossing the desert to admire the different faces of the dunes and black volcanic rocks. Pass through small villages, Drive to Khemlia village, where the locals from black Africa still practice their musical traditions , Gnawa Music ,stop for lunch, having the Berber Pizza. Continue to the lake of Merzouga. Return to your hotel to start your camel ride which takes 1,5 hour. Overnight at a Berber Camp

Day 7 : Merzouga – Rissani – Ouarzazate

Early in the morning, you can walk over the sand dunes to watch the sunrise from just behind the Algerian border, approximately 30 kilometers from Merzouga. You will then take a camel ride back to the hotel, where you can enjoy breakfast. Next, we will head towards Rissani  the Alaouite Dynasty started. Here you will see the historic monument of Sijilmasa, some of the many Kasbahs, the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif as well as the large souk. We will then carry on our journey  to Todgha Gorge, where you would walk freely . Continue to the city of Ouarzazate after passing by the valley of Roses . Accommodation at your riad in Ouarzazate .

Day 8 : Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After breakfast , you will be visiting Cinema Studios in Ouarzazate , it is known as Hollywood of Morocco ,where so many renowned movies were made such as : Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, Mission Cleopatra, Kundun, and Game of Thrones. Then, continuing to the famous UNESCO and historical site in Morocco : Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou .then after visiting the Kasbah ,you will have your lunch in a panoramic view restaurant. then crossing the High Atlas mountains and you will reach to an altitude of 2260 M in Tichka Pass. Day 9 : Marrakech

After breakfast , you will be exploring the city of Marrakech by visiting its most fascinating sites starting by the Tombs of Saadians, Palais Bahia ,Garden Majorelle, ,the Kotoubia Mosque , and ending the day in the square of Jamaa Lafna and the Souks.

Day 10 : Day Trip to Essaouira from Marrakech

Take a full-day trip to Essaouira from Marrakech and spend time in the laid-back fishing town. Leaving Marrakech at 08:00 and we will drive through the vast and breathtaking Moroccan landscape, peppered with a few scattered villages, some camels, sheep, and goats grazing in the countryside. Deep in the desert the vegetation changes to Argan trees that only grow in the wild, and which provide berries for local goats to eat. If you wish, you can stop for an Argan oil tasting in a small co-operative run by local women. Discover how the Argan oil is extracted from the trees, and learn about its uses in cooking and cosmetics.

Enter the charming blue and white town of Essaouira to explore its artistic wonders at leisure. Strolling along the quays and watch the fishermen unloading their catch of the day, and the brightly-painted fishing boats coming back to shore. Enjoying the many fine restaurants at the port, and dine on freshly caught fish and seafood. Explore the historic ramparts, and visit the Medina to see local artists selling their crafts of Thuya wood. The ramparts will give you an insight in to how this old seaport village was armed against the threat of invasion. Parquetry still remains a traditional specialty of Essaouira, and another beautiful attraction of the region is its tranquil beach, where you can laze away throughout the peaceful afternoon. The tour culminates depending on your time when you would like to return to Marrakech.
