Day 1 : Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Zagora
On the first Day of Marrakech to Zagora 2 Days Trip, pick up will be scheduled from your Riad or hotel in Marrakech in the morning at scheduled time. First, we will cross the High Atlas mountains through its snaky road that is called Tischka Pass. Then, passing towards the valleys and hills where you would enjoy the beautiful rugged mountains.
As we get to the other side of the Mountains, we will stop at the ksar (fortress) of Ait Ben Haddou: “Ait” means People of and used by Berbers, and the word “Ben” used by Jews . The Ksar is along the former caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech. Ait Ben Haddou has served as the backdrop for films such as Gladiator, Games of Throne, Lawerence of Arabia and many more. While many families here now live in modern homes, you’ll get the chance to see why this has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987 .The first day comes to a glorious end upon arrival in Zagora, where you’ll take a camel ride to watch the sunset over the desert. You’ll sleep like a local in a Berber tent.

Day 2 : Zagora – Ouarzazatte – Marrakech
On the second Day of the tour, you’ll wake up with the sunrise and enjoy a view of the dunes. The adventure continues as you travel back to Ouarzazate by car. By now you’ll understand why Ouarzazate means noiselessly city. After lunch, you’ll travel back to Marrakech, where the tour ends.
